Cross Creek Christian Home-School Cooperative was established in the Fall of 2003. In June 2005, Randy and Stephanie Nelson took on the challenge of moving Cross Creek forward after the former Administration and Board of Directors had announced that it would be closing the school. At that time 37 students were enrolled in Cross Creek’s program.
In order to more clearly distinguish its role as a state recognized Category IV Church Related School, Cross Creek Christian Home-School Cooperative, Inc. formally changed its name to Cross Creek Christian School, Inc. in April 2006. The end of the 2009 school year saw Cross Creek's enrollment reach 120. We are both amazed and humbled by what God had done and is continuing to do at Cross Creek Christian School.
Cross Creek is an interdenominational 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization
recognized by the State of Tennessee as a Category IV Church Related School. Cross Creek is a member of the Association of the
Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI)
